Keep The Water Out

Dolphins™ are custom-made swim plugs. They keep water out of the ear, while swimming, showering or bathing.

Dolphins™ swim plugs are made with a patented material, Poly-Sheer II™, that makes them highly water resistant. Poly-Sheer II™ provides a tight seal and a soft, comfortable fit. These swim plugs are suitable for daily use or extended wear.

Dolphins™ swim plugs float, making it easy to retrieve them from the water. Your initials can be embedded in the plastic. Dolphins™ are available in many colors. Each custom cast is stored at the lab for three (3) years; you can get replacements without the need for new ear impressions.

Adult Swimmers:

Dolphins™ swim plugs are favored by adult swimmers and bathers, who dislike feeling residual water in their ear canals or find the presence of cold water in their ears annoying, distracting or discomforting.

Recommendations:

color makes it easier to find your swim plugs.

Floatable plugs are easier to retrieve from the water.

Do Not wear while scuba or skin diving.

Hearing Aid Users:

Some hearing aid users have repeated problems with water entering the ear canal during swimming or showering, and later backing up into earmold tubing or hearing aids. The water plugs the tubing in the earmold or hearing aid and often requires professional care and maintenance.

Dolphins™ swim plugs can help keep water out of the ear, and thereby, reduce water-related service and maintenance.

Swim Plug Selection Criteria:

1. Swim plug's ability to keep out water.

2. A comfortable fit for extended wear or daily use.

3. Visibility of swim plugs, if dropped in the water or on the ground.

4. Ability to quickly replace lost swim plugs.

Children:

Dolphins™ swim plugs are an excellent choice for children. Swim plugs can keep water out of the ears of those children who may find the presence of water in their ears distracting or uncomfortable.

Swim plugs are often recommended by physicians for use by children who suffer repeated ear infections or have PE (TYMPANOSTOMY) tubes. Always ask your physician's advice for recommendations.

Recommendations:

Color - Children like bright colors. The colors can help motivate children to wear swim plugs. Color also make misplaced plugs easier to find.

Embedded Initials - Personalized swim plugs can be very helpful in identifying a child's swim plugs. This is especially true when multiple children in a family wear swim plugs, a child visits community pool, a child takes swim classes or is on a swim team.

Floatable - Floatable plugs are easy to find and retrieve when dropped in the water.

Many Designer Colors (Optional)

MOSAICS: a new designer line of earmold colors has been created by Pacific Coast Laboratories through their unique processing system, earplugs are filled with an array of color chips from their base line of (25) colors.

STARBURST: are almost as limitless in colors as your imagination. Begin with a base of clear or white Poly-Sheer and choose up to(4) colors from the (25) base colors to make up your personalized custom earplug.

MADI GRAS: Mardi Gras Mosiacs have a bright, bold color palette of black, red, blue, green, florescent hot pink and purple.

CONFETTI: Confetti Mosaics have a dazzling fun-filled spectrum of teal and florescent colors including magenta, lime, green, orange and yellow.

Mosiacs are available in all earplugs styles.

Floatable (Optional) - Dolphins™ can be manufactured so that they float. This will make it easy to see and retrieve your Dolphins™ swim plugs should they fall into the water.

Personalized with Initials (Optional) - Initials can be embedded in the swim plugs. The initials can help identify the owner of lost swim plugs or sort out multiple plugs. This is a very valuable feature for children as well as members of swim clubs, master swim programs, and swim teams.

Handles (Optional) - Handles can be added to make it easier to remove the swim plugs from the ear.

Cords (Optional) - Help prevent loss.

Replacement Program - Should one or both swim plugs be lost, they can easily and quickly be replaced. Eartronix has your swim plugs made to the exact specifications of your ears and stores the cast of each ear for three (3) years, eliminating the need to obtain a new ear impression.

Identification Card - Each set of swim plugs includes laminated identification card for use in obtaining swim plug replacements. The card also bears care and cleaning instructions.
Carrying Case - Each set of Dolphins™ swim plugs includes a carrying case.
