The patented CFA™
Continuous Flow Adaptor is critical in allowing unimpeded sound
transfer into the molded earpiece. It maintains a constant and
uniform inside the diameter through the tube to the flange which
snaps securely into a seating ring for positive mechanical
coupling to the earmold.

Polymerized vinyl compound for fabrication of custom earpieces.
Recognized by the FDA as being chemically inert. Rubber-like
texture; will hold shape indefinitely. extremely tough and pliable.
will outlast any other Flexible material.

POLY-SHEER II: The
newer, softer and more comfortable material that let children and
adults enjoy that advantages of pure comfort and protection of one's
hearing. Recommendation; For Hypo-Allergenic cases. Seals tight with
comfort on severe losses. Highly recommended for children . Ordered
by most children clinic. When used in earplugs there is ANSI Rating Noise Reduction Rating of
28db at 125hz and 449.9db at 8000hz. (This material is the

Custom
Earpieces:
Notice to customers
Custom made earpieces are made to fit your ears. In
order for us to make your custom earpiece, a cast impression of your
ears must be taken. This can be done by us, if you are not in our local
area of response or you may want to respond to a local Audiologist,
Hearing Aid Dispenser or Doctor to have canal impressions
taken of both ears. This must be done before we can do anything for
you. Prices vary on impressions that are taken from outside
sources. You may want to shop around for prices. After
your impressions are taken, follow the ordering procedures as
described in ordering procedures.

Eartronix is located in
Vallejo, California. We are a on-line & mobile service company. If
you are within 125 miles of Vallejo, we will respond out to your
location to service you as it pertains to custom earpieces &
earplugs. Stock Earpieces and Radio accessories can be ordered
Online or over the phone. There are some limitation to us responding
to you. The response to your location will be based on the volume of
people and distance of travel. We do respond to single person
orders, however this is done on a case by case order also.
